• Finding the right residence for your needs – this usually involves shortlisting based on what is important to you – location, accommodation costs, access to specialised care for specific medical needs e.g. dementia;
• Working out the costs and funding in collaboration with a financial planner;
• Completing the accommodation and care agreements once you decide on a residence;
• Finalising a move-in date.
